In 2012, former West Indies great, Viv Richards criticized Ramdin by terming him a ‘lost guy’. Then, Ramdin came up with a fantastic ton in the third match. In the first two matches, Ramdin scored 56 runs only in four innings. Hence, Viv said: “Ramdin just looks out of sorts. When he first came into the game, I felt he was a huge prospect.”

“For some reason, he has deteriorated in such a big way. Just the way he is walking back, he looks like a totally lost guy,” Viv Richards added. But, after scoring that ton, he flashed a note that read– “Yeah Viv talk nah”. He surprised everyone with such a celebration against the three lions.
