11. Dale Steyn (Overseas): Dale Steyn is considered to be one of the greatest and most skilled pace bowlers to have graced the game of cricket. He played 92 matches in the Indian T20 League, picking up 96 wickets in them. But he failed to lay his hands on the Indian T20 League trophy during his time in the tournament.
