‘Chapri actor’ – Fans Mock Babar Azam For His Acting Skills During A Commercial Shoot

Pakistan is currently getting ready for a three-match ODI series against the Netherlands from 16 August 2022. Earlier this month, Pakistan drew a two-match Test series against Sri Lanka with a scoreline of 1-1. Speaking of Pakistan captain Babar Azam, he is currently the only batter in the world to be in the top-five rankings across all three formats.

In both the ODI and T20I formats, Babar is ranked first. While, in the Test format, Babar is currently sitting in the third position. Hence, his form has become crucial for the recent success of the Pakistan team. Apart from his batting abilities, Babar Azam has also looked to be the poster boy for his country. However, after the ODI series against the Dutch, Pakistan will be in action in Asia Cup. 

Babar Azam became the fastest Asian batter to score 10,000 international runs

Speaking about his recent records, Babar Azam became the 10,000 international runs in just 228 innings across all three formats. Previously, Virat Kohli holds the record of scoring that amount of runs in 232 innings. However, Babar is looking to be the number one batter in all the formats among the current batters. He also broke another record of Kohli when he scored more than 1000 runs in just 13 innings as Pakistan’s captain.

Previously, Virat Kohli had that record as he scored 1000 runs as the captain in just 17 innings. Speaking to reporters regarding these broken records, Babar said that only hard work is paying off for him right now. He said: “I would like to thank god. There is hard work involved and that is why I have been able to give good performances.” Meanwhile, he was seen doing a commercial shoot and the video got viral on the Internet. But, his acting skills made fans hilarious as he got compared to Virat Kohli. Even, fans also compared him with some Bollywood actors in a funny way.
