India wicketkeeper batter Rishabh Pant has turned 25. He has been wished by several former and current cricketers on Twitter. Meanwhile, one unexpected person has wished Pant on his birthday. That person is none other than Bollywood actress, Urvashi Rautela. The duo has had a history that dates back to around a couple of months ago. It all started when Rautela made some sensational claims in an interview.

The actress claimed that Pant waited for her in the waiting area but she forgot and felt sorry about it. However, it is important to note that she didn’t address the wicketkeeper directly and used his initial RP. Fans didn’t take much time to connect the dots and it was clear that she was talking about the Delhi player. In reply, the former India U19 player posted a cryptic story on Instagram.

Just like Urvashi, Rishabh didn’t take her name but claimed that everything she said was to gain popularity. After this, the duo engaged in mud-slinging on Instagram stories without taking each other’s names. After a while, this stopped and both resumed their normal lives. However, once again, the Urvashi-Rishabh conversation might start after a while.

Apparently, the actress has shared a video with the caption “Happy Birthday 🎈…………”. Interestingly, the video was posted way past midnight between October 3 and 4. On October 4, the left-hander has turned 25.

It will be interesting to see how Pant reacts to the video. Meanwhile, one thing is for sure the fans might take a dig at Rautela for the video. On the other hand, India will play the third and last T20I against South Africa on October 4. Pant, who didn’t get to bat in the previous game might be eyeing the opportunity to get some runs before heading to Australia. The team will depart Down under for the 20-20 World Cup 2022 on October 6
