‘Rohit Sharma looked scared and confused’ – Mohammed Hafeez

While chasing the target of 193 runs, Hong Kong managed to score only 152 runs by losing five wickets. Hence, skipper Rohit Sharma did not look so much happy or pleased with the bowling performance. Even, fans also raised questions ahead of the super four round. Now, after the match, former Pakistan batter Mohammed Hafeez also questioned Rohit Sharma’s body language. He said: “Look at his expression. This was after the match was over, India won by 40 runs. I am talking about the body language when Rohit Sharma walked out for the toss. I thought it was very weak body language. He looked scared and confused. From what I have observed during the match, captaincy is adding a lot of pressure on Rohit Sharma. He is facing a lot of problems.”

Hafeez also added that Rohit is not expressing himself. He added: “He won’t continue as captain for long. His form and all things that are going on with him, from what I can see… I was also a captain, so if you are under pressure when leading the side. I have seen Rohit on a lot of occasions, he enjoys himself but now he is not expressing himself. A lot of things are going on in his mind, he is under pressure and I feel sorry for him.” However, these comments regarding the Indian skipper did not go well with the fans. They came out on social media platforms to bash Mohammed Hafeez.
