The wait was finally over a couple of weeks back as the current FIFA WC winners beat France in the penalty shootout after the game ended in 3-3 draw after the extra time.
After the victory, the team and its fans celebrated across the globe. Now, their skipper Messi might have earned more fans than he already has across the globe. Apparently, the 35-year-old has signed a national side’s T-Shirt for Ziva Dhoni, MS Dhoni‘s daughter. After getting the shirt, the former India skipper’s offspring clicked a photo and pointed toward the signature.

Meanwhile, talking about the 2022 FIFA World Cup winner, he is yet to join Paris-Saint Germain for the ongoing season. Apparently, the football leagues in most parts of the globe were paused due to the showpiece event. Now, with the tournament done and dusted, the leagues such as Premier League, La Liga, etc have resumed. Meanwhile, the former Barcelona player is set to miss the game against Strasbourg and a trip to Lens.

PSG manager, Galtier has said that Messi had to return to his nation for the reception to celebrate the World Cup win. The former said that the legendary striker will return in action after January 1 next year.
“He (Messi) had to return to Argentina for the celebrations, the receptions and we decided that he was going to be off until the 1st of January,” PSG manager Christophe Galtier told reporters.
“And so he will come and join us, either on the 2nd or the 3rd, to be able to resume competition with us, when he will have had between 13 and 14 days of recovery.”
