On 4 September 2022, India locked horns with Pakistan for the second time in this year’s Asia Cup. After winning the first match, fans were expecting another win for the Men in Blue. But, the Men in Green managed to win this time around. However, during their successful chase, the Indian youngster Arshdeep Singh missed a sitter of a catch.

That gave a lifeline to Pakistan’s Asif Ali who played a vital role in completing that chase. However, after the match, many fans from both the country started to troll him. They also threw abusive words at him. But, another disrespectful act happened when Pakistan’s biggest automobile platform ‘PakWheels’ shared a tweet to troll the Indian pacer on 5 September. The post went viral all over the internet.

Here is the shared post:

Arshdeep Singh’s Wikipedia page got tampered also and the link got found related to Pakistan only

Speaking of the post, they shared a photo of Arshdeep Singh with a caption: “Boy played well. Book inspection now: http://ow.ly/9OK930shHTX Call us at 042-111-943-357 #PakWheels #pwinspection”.

However, in that picture, it was written that they will provide Arshdeep Singh with free PakWheels Car Inspection for their happiness of winning the match against India. The image read: “Pakistan biggest automobile platform @PakWheels offered free car inspection service to Arshdeep Singh.”

Apart from that, Arshdeep Singh has been dealing with much trolling after that horrible mistake. Even, due to some Pakistan links, his Wikipedia page’s information got tempered also. However, some fans and former cricketers also came up in support of the player. Speaking about his parents, they also handled the situation with so much maturity and a composed way. His father said: “As a parent, it feels really bad. He is only 23. I don’t want to say much about trolls. You can’t shut everyone’s mouth. Without fans, there is no game. There are some who stand by you no matter what and others who can’t digest a single loss. But at the end of the day, only one team can win.” On the other hand, his mother said: “Arshdeep told us that the whole Indian team is supporting him.” However, Arshdeep will be in action when India will take on Sri Lanka on 6 September 2022.
