The second edition of the Road Safety World Series kicked off on 10 September 2022. As of now, 13 matches have been played among all the teams. In the first edition, India legends won the final against Sri Lanka Legends. However, in the second edition, Sri Lanka Legends are currently at the top of the table with three wins out of three games.
Some players have surprised everyone with their performances so far in this tournament. Fans went crazy after seeing such performances from them. Even, some of them considered that these players can easily represent their current respective nations in the upcoming tournaments.

Tillakaratne Dilshan
This former Sri Lankan opener was known for his explosive and innovative batting skills throughout his career. However, Dilshan has surprised everyone with his batting in the Royal Safety World Series 2022. In three matches, he has scored 123 runs at an average of 41. Meanwhile, he smashed those runs at a strike rate of 155.69.
His best performance came against Australia Legends. He scored 107 runs off 56 balls, including 14 fours and four sixes. His inning helped Sri Lanka Legends to score 218 runs for one wicket in 20 overs. However, his inning proved that Dilshan can easily fit in the current Sri Lankan team ahead of many players.
