During India’s white-ball tour of New Zealand last month, Sanju Samson used to be repeatedly ignored for Rishabh Pant. The former played only one game during the series. Whenever Samson was ignored during the series, the fans of Pant and Samson used to fight on Twitter. Meanwhile, after the left-hander, Pant’s accident, the fans, cricket fraternity, celebrity figures, etc are worried about his health.
Meanwhile, Samson has shown a great gesture for his competitor in the Indian team. The former posted an Instagram story of himself and Pant from the 2022 Indian T20 League. In the picture, it can be safely said that they were at a toss before a game. Not to forget, the Keralite leads Rajasthan while Pant leads Delhi. Meanwhile, Sanju’s story is winning hearts.

Meanwhile, India is set to host Sri Lanka in the three-match T20I and as many ODI series. The series will start on January 3 with a T20I series. Samson is part of the T20I team but he has been ignored for the ODI series. With KL Rahul struggling with the bat and being a non-regular keeper, the team management might look to get Samson in for the ODI series too.
