Season six champions, Bengaluru Bulls had a good start to the ongoing ninth season of the Pro Kabaddi League with two back-to-back victories. However, in the last couple of games, their journey has been derailed with heavy losses. Now, after losing two games and winning as many, the former winners would be looking to get back to it’s winning ways. They will play their next game against Tamil Thalaivas on October 19 at the Shree Kanteerava Stadium, Bangalore.

Meanwhile, ahead of the game, the Red Army has released a video in which the players were in ‘static’ position. By the looks of it, the players were enacting the ‘Time Freeze’ scenes that have featured in various movies across the globe. Much to the credit for the Bangalore-based team, they have executed their plans very well. The video is going viral ahead of the Bengaluru vs Tamil game.

Ahead of the season, the fans were interested in watching Pawan Sehrawat play against the Bulls for the first time. In the player auction conducted a few months back, the champion raider was bought by the Thalaivas. However, the season six final hero got injured early in the tournament and is yet to recover. Recently, Tamil team’s coach J Udaya said that Pawan is important not just for his PKL franchise but for the Indian team. The Indian team management is currently hoping for him to recover ahead of the Asian Games 2023.

“Pawan is not just important for us but for entire India. He is a national treasure. We are thinking about the next Asian Games. The team management is not willing to take any risks.”

“We will wait until he attains full fitness and then we will bring him back in the playing seven. Hopefully, he will recover soon and return to the mat,” Thalaivas coach J Udaya said during the post-match press conference on Monday.
