Melbourne Stars aren’t having the best of tournaments in the ongoing season of the Women’s Big Bash League. In the five games, they played, they lost three, won one, and one washed out due to rain. The Green Brigade is slotted to play against Sydney Thunders on October 31. Ahead of the game, a video of India player, Jemimah Rodrigues playing guitar has surfaced on social media.

In the video, she showcased her guitar skills and sang the famous ‘Channa Mere ya’ song from the film, Ae Dil hai Mushkil (2016). Her teammates were seeing enjoying her singing and guitar skills. The video is doing rounds on social media.

Talking about the Stars, they started their tournament with a hat-trick of losses. Notably, two of these losses came in close games that might have gone either way. In the matches against Brisbane Heat and Perth Scorchers, they lost by nine runs and two wickets respectively. In the Melbourne Derby game against the Renegades, they registered an imposing win by six wickets and would like to carry their momentum against the Thunders.

Talking about Rodrigues, she has made an incredible comeback after being left out of the ODI World Cup early this year. She has emerged as one of India’s dangerous batters in white-ball cricket. Even if she hasn’t had the greatest of starts, she can turn up in the rest of the tournament.
