The ongoing game between India and Pakistan is going down the wire. Ahead of the game, India won the toss and elected to bowl first. In the first innings, Men In Blue bowled well in patches. Arshdeep Singh and Hardik Pandya took three wickets each. On the other hand, players such as Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Mohammed Shami took one each.

Meanwhile, during Pakistan’s batting, an unusual incident happened that has become the talk of the town. Apparently, Shan Masood tried to play a big shot against one of the spinners. However, the left-hander could only top-edge the ball up in the sky. At this moment, the Indian fielders thought another wicket is just a matter of time. However, the ball went on to hit the spider cam. This meant that the dismissal could be given.

In reply, India got a nightmarish start. Openers, KL Rahul and Rohit Sharma got early to Naseem Shah and Haris Rauf respectively. Suryakumar Yadav started well but could do much. Axar Patel, who was promoted up the order was run out and the team was staring down a heavy defeat with 31/4 on the board. However, the likes of Virat Kohli and Hardik Pandya weren’t letting go and started taking the game deep. They stitched a partnership of 113 runs which proved decisive in the end. Kohli scored 82 not out and ensured the Men In Blue snatched victory from the jaws of defeat.
