But, both these teams qualified for the ‘Super Four’. Hence, the stage was set for another thrilling encounter for fans.

However, Pakistan skipper Babar Azam won the toss. He asked India to bat first. Indian openers started brilliantly. India went with Rishabh Pant in this match ahead of Dinesh Karthik. But, he failed to score big. Hardik Pandya also got out on duck. Then, it was seen that Rohit Sharma was scolding them when they got back to the dressing room. The images went viral on the internet.

Rishabh Pant scored 14 runs and Hardik Pandya scored 0 against Pakistan

Speaking of the incident, the Indian batters started well when they came out to open. India reached 50 runs in just 4.2 overs. However, Rohit Sharma lost his wicket after scoring 28 runs off 16 balls. KL Rahul scored 28 runs off 20 balls.

Then, Rishabh Pant came out to bat with Virat Kohli. But, he departed after scoring only 14 runs off 12 balls. He tried a reverse sweep against Shadab Khan. But, he mistimed it completely. He gave a straightforward catch to Asif Ali. Then, Hardik Pandya came out to bat.

In the last match against Pakistan, Pandya was the player in the match. Hence, fans were expecting a better show gain from him. But, he failed to open his account as he lost his wicket to Hasnain. But, an interesting scene was where Rohit Sharma was seen scolding them in the dressing room. It seemed that the Indian skipper was not happy with them, for getting out so early in their innings. However, it seemed a little bit surprising for Rohit Sharma as he is known for his calm and composed nature. Meanwhile, India scored 181 runs for seven wickets in 20 overs. Virat Kohli scored 60 runs off 44 balls, at a strike rate of 136.36.
