Pakistan has had a tough home series against England so far. In the first two games, the Three Lions won and have ensured a series win in what turns out to be the last series for the team in the ongoing World Test Championship 2021-23. With this, the home side has lost three consecutive Tests at home for the first time since 1959.

Not to forget, they lost a Test series against Australia at home in March this year. Meanwhile, ahead of the third and the last in Karachi, Pakistan skipper Babar Azam was seen trying to practice reverse sweep, his weaker suit. He faced head coach Saqlain Mushtaq bowled to Azam and managed to clatter the stumps behind the latter.

Talking about the ongoing game, Pakistan, for the first time in the series, won the toss and elected to bat first. In the first two games, the Ben Stokes-led side had won the toss and elected to bat first. In the ongoing game, Pakistan has lost seven wickets and has amassed 247 runs. Salman Ali Agha is batting at the crease alongside Nauman Ali.

Notably, this is the last Test match of former skipper Azhar Ali, who has announced his retirement from international cricket. He retired from ODI cricket in 2017, a few months after winning the Champions Trophy that year. On the other hand, Rehan Ahmed, one of the most hyped players in the England setup has made his debut. He has taken two wickets on his debut. It will be interesting to see if England manages to bowl out Pakistan before stumps on Day One.
