Pakistan vice-captain Shadab Khan is one of the best fielders in world cricket. Over the years, he has been one of those players from his country who have fielded well. On most occasions, Pakistan has been let down by its fielding. Meanwhile, Khan is currently playing for Hobart Hurricanes. In the ongoing game against Sydney Sixers, the leggie dropped an easy catch.

The incident happened in the fifth over of the game. The game has been reduced to 14-overs-a-side. In the game, the Sixers decided to bat first on their home ground, i.e, Sydney Cricket Ground. Meanwhile, in the fifth over of the Pink Brigade (Sixers) innings, the bowling all-rounder managed to get Josh Phillipe to play the sweep shot against the sweep shot.

As a result, the ball kissed the top edge and went up in the air toward Shadab. He was expected to take an easy catch, only to disappoint his side as he dropped a sitter.

Talking about the game, the three-time winners amassed 137/6 in 14 overs. For the former champions, Kurtis Patterson scored 38 off 25 balls. On the other hand, Phillipe, who got a reprieve from Khan, scored 43 off just 21 balls. In the end, Hayden Kerr played a cameo of 32 off just 20 balls.

On the other hand, for the Hurricanes, Khan took two wickets in the end, and Patrick Dooley took as many wickets. In reply, the two-time runner-ups are in trouble as they need 70 runs off just 26 balls. Khan is batting at the crease alongside Tim David. Both batters have the ability to hit the long ball. It will be interesting to see whether they can take the over-the-line or not.
