4 uncapped players who can go for big money in IPL auction

The 17th edition of the Indian Premier League is all set to begin as the Indian cricket board is set to host the IPL 2024 auction on 19 December in Dubai. It will be the first time that the IPL auction will be held overseas, since all the 16 seasons the auction has been conducted across multiple cities in India itself.

85 players have been released from the multiple IPL team franchises during the closure of the team retention window and hundreds of other players will be available for the mini-auction from India as well as overseas.

IPL gives a golden stage for young cricketers to showcase their skills and ultimately get the opportunity to play for their country. Apart from young and budding cricketers, some domestic cricketers aspire to play on the big stage and turn in their names in the auction of the tournament.

Here is a list of uncapped Indian players who might make it big in the IPL 2024 Auction

1 Sameer Rizvi

The UPT20 League star Sameer Rizvi can make it huge in the IPL 2024 auction as he recently scored a marvellous century in the shortest format of the game and hit 124 runs off 59 balls in a game against Meerut Mavericks in the latest season of the tournament.

2 Swastik Chikara

Another top-rated batter from the UPT20 League is Swastik Chikara who became the highest and top scorer in the latest season of the tournament with 456 runs in 7 games. The Lucknow Super Giants will look forward to the local boy in their squad as a middle-order batter.

3 Ashutosh Sharma

Ashutosh Sharma is a representative of railways and recently made headlines for shattering the 16-year-old record of the fastest 50 in the first class T-20 Cricket. Many teams might eye Sharma for his abilities to power up the middle order.

4 Atit Arpit Seth

The middle-order all-rounder Atit Arpit Seth recently became the top wicket-taker in the Syed Mushtaq Ali trophy with 18 wickets and put a good number of runs on the board. Seth can be a good option for teams who are looking to solve their middle-order all-rounder option woes.
