‘Clown’ – Fans Slam Gautam Gambhir For Indirectly Insulting MS Dhoni By Calling His Dog ‘Oreo’

Gautam Gambhir is currently busy playing for the India Capitals in the ongoing Legends League Cricket. On 25 September 2022, his team took on Gujarat Giants in the seventh match of the tournament in Delhi. However, he guided his team to a win as now, they are sitting at the top of the table. After playing four matches, they have gathered five points with a run rate of +1.304.
On the other hand, MS Dhoni came up with a surprising announcement on 24 September 2022. He shared a post, which read: “ I’ll be sharing some exciting news with you all on 25th September 2022 at 2 PM. Hope to see you all there!”. This sudden announcement from the former Indian skipper left everyone guessing.
Fans did not like Gautam Gambhir calling his dog ‘Oreo’ as they felt it like an insult to MS Dhoni
Speaking of that announcement, on 25 September 2022, MS Dhoni ended all speculations as he attended the launch of the new Oreo campaign BringBack2011. In that advertisement, Dhoni said that Oreo got launched in 2011 and India won the World Cup that year. So, this year Oreo is getting launched again as the 20-20 World Cup is near for team India. However, fans did not like that advertisement at all as some of them called it ‘worst’. Even, some fans expressed that Dhoni gave the credit for winning that title to ‘Oreo’ instead of Gautam Gambhir.
Now, on 26 September 2022, Gautam Gambhir shared a video on his Instagram account. In that video, it was seen that the former India batter having a fun time with his children and his pet dogs. But, he was seen calling his pet dog ‘Oreo’. Hence, the video went viral and fans did not like it as it seemed like he insulted the former India skipper. However, some fans claimed that the video was old as he reposted it on his account.
