Dabang Delhi KC seal playoff position for 5th consecutive time in Pro Kabaddi League history

In the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) 2024, Dabang Delhi KC has become the third team to qualify for playoffs for 10 seasons. As Gujarat Giants defeated Bengal Warriors in the first match at Netaji Indoor Stadium in Kolkata, Dabang Delhi KC officially qualified for the playoffs.

For the first five seasons, Dabang Delhi KC hasn’t qualified for playoffs. In the sixth season of PKL, they managed to reach knockouts.

With 69 points in 20 matches, Dabang Delhi KC sits in the third position of the PKL table. They have two matches to be played in the league stage. They also have a chance to finish in the top two if they win, their last two games. If they win, they will earn 79 points in PKL.

Jaipur Pink Panthers- the table toppers!

The PKL table tops by Jaipur Pink Panthers who have played 19 matches and have 77 points. On second position Puneri Paltan has 76 points from 18 matches. The top two teams be booking their spot into the semifinals. While teams that will end in third to sixth will play eliminators.

Dabang Delhi KC faced a major setback as their captain Naveen Kumar got an injury and underwent surgery.

Many fans believed that due to Naveen Kumar’s injury, the Delhi campaign was off track. Ashu Malik took the responsibility upon his shoulders and guided Dabang Delhi KC ahead in the competition.

Before Naveen Kumar’s injury, Ashu Malik played the role of a secondary raider. Ashu Malik is the number one raider in the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL). Ashu Malik has 222 raid points till now.

Fans of Dabang Delhi KC will be on Ashu Malik as they hope to win the title a second time. He also has a chance to win the Best Raider award.
