Esports organizations DSG and Bleed teams up to support Valorant teams in Asia

DSG and Bleed

After acquiring a competitive Apex Legends roster, popular esports org Disguised (DSG) have teamed up with BLEED Esports for VCT 2024. With this, DSG have exited the North American Valorant and entered VCT Pacific.

DSG only started their competitive Valorant career last year and were not able to find success. This is due to multiple roster shuffles mid-season and ultimately leading the org to disband the team.

Now the org is trying its hand at VCT Pacific with BLEED Esports, which is one of the most popular organisations in the region. Last year, BLEED Esports became a Pacific partner.

By partnering with BLEED Esports, DSG plans to support a Valorant team from Southeast Asia, specifically a team in the Malaysia/Singapore region. The team will feature local talents as well as former BLEED Esports players.

DSG, just getting started

DSG is fairly new to the esports scene and is currently getting the hang of how things work. However, the org in recent days have teamed up with some heavy hitters and is expected to perform way better than last year.

Speaking on the partnership, BLEED COO Ian Huston said, “As the Ascension team for VCT Pacific, it’s important to us to remember where we started. To keep supporting Challengers and Malaysia/Singapore through VALORANT, we couldn’t be more excited to welcome Disguised’s expansion into Asia.”

CEO of DSG, Disguised Toast also expressed his excitement as he was originally from Malaysia. After moving, he wasn’t able to visit and was excited to be back. “A huge thank you to BLEED for supporting us through this whole process and helping us build a roster. Fans can expect DSG to be visiting the SEA region this year,” he said.
