Australia all-rounder Glenn Maxwell has picked his top 4 most underrated cricketers in T20 Cricket. While commentating during the BBL match between Brisbane Heat and Perth Scorchers, Maxwell was asked to name the most underrated T20 cricketers. After thinking for about eight overs, Maxwell prepared his list.

The first player in Maxwell’s list was Travis Birt. The batter made his debut for Australia in 2010 and was known as someone who can tonk the ball big.

“Number one: Travis Birt, I think he could comfortably play, at his prime, he could hit the ball as a far as anyone else.”

The second player Maxwell chose was Ben Rohrer. Even though Rohrer didn’t play much T20 cricket for Australia, he was one of the top performers in domestic cricket.

“The second one I have got, Ben Rohrer,” Maxwell said. “Beautiful player, used to lap, had every shot in the book and very clever cricketer.”

“The Melbourne Stars will probably remember him, he hit the winning runs against us maybe six years ago,” Maxwell added.

The final two players on Maxwell’s list were Lee Carseldine and Nathan Reardon. “And I have thrown two others in there, Lee Carseldine and Nathan Reardon.”

Meanwhile, Maxwell will be hoping to lead Melbourne Stars to a win in BBL 2021. The team got off to poor start and lost to Sydney Sixers by 152 runs in their first game.
