IPL 2024 Schedule: Dates and Time, Teams, Stadium, Venues for first 21 matches revealed

The Indian Premier League (IPL) is set to start on March 22, 2024. The first match will be played between the defending champions Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). Moreover, the IPL Chairman Arun Dhumal has also informed regarding the schedule being announced in two slots. After the National Football League (NFL) in America, the Indian Premier League (IPL) is the second-richest domestic league globally.
Top international players play in this T20 cricket league because it promises exciting matches and intense team rivalry. On March 22, 2024, the Indian Cricket Board and TATA will host the opening ceremony of the 17th season of the T20 cricket league. The tournament will feature two of the league’s most successful teams, the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Mumbai Indians (MI).
The primary obstacle to the IPL 2024 was the likelihood of it conflicting with the general elections. It has previously happened twice, resulting in disorganised decision-making. In contrast to the 2009 edition, which was held wholly in South Africa, the 2014 IPL was split into two halves, one held in the United Arab Emirates and the other back in India.
