PGL Major European RMR A; Final day matchups

Round 4 of the European RMR A for PGL CS2 Major Copenhagen gave us three more teams securing a spot in the Major. Along with that, we also got our final three teams that will be mission out on this year’s PGL Copenhagen.

Round 4 overview

The high matches saw six teams facing each other for a third win and a guaranteed spot in the Major. FaZe Clan faced Eternal Fire, NaVi faced BetBoom Team and Fnatic matched with KOI.

As expected, FaZe and NaVi defeated their opponents in the best-of-three match. Unfortunately for Fnatic, they will have to play another round as the team lost to KOI.

The low matches also saw six teams fighting to see another round or face elimination. Team Falcons faced AMKAL ESPORTS, 9Pandas faced 3DMAX and ENTERPRISE faced SAW.

Team Falcons displayed a great opening match, however, lost back-to-back, ending their run for the PGL Copenhagen spot. On the flip side, the Dota 2 line-up for Falcons recently won the BetBoom Dacha 2024.

AMKAL, 9Pandas and SAW live to see round five where they will face the losers of high matches. While Round Five will not lead to a direct elimination, the losing three will move to the decider brackets. Unfortunately, only one team will move to the Major from the decider brackets.
