The Rajasthan franchise unveiled their new jersey for the Indian T20 League 2022 season on March 15 at a mega event in Rajasthan. They have stuck to their pink and blue combination, with the majority of the area covered in pink. The unveiling event was graced by the presence of Rajasthan captain Sanju Samson and RedBull stuntman Robbie Maddison. The team unveiled their new practice kits earlier on 8th March. They revealed the same with a picture on Twitter of Yashasvi Jaiswal donning the ‘new look kit’.
The franchise also revealed their front-jersey partners in the event. They have roped in Happilo, a premium dry fruit brand as their title sponsor. Happilo is also the front-jersey partner of the team for the season. The other nine teams in this year’s Indian T20 League have already unveiled their jerseys.
The Rajasthan franchise earned its place in the headlines in the very first season of the Indian T20 League. Rajasthan emerged as the unexpected champions of the inaugural Indian T20 League season. Rajasthan players were seen donning an all-blue jersey from the inaugural season. They changed their color scheme by introducing pink with their original blue color in 2019.
Rajasthan will start their campaign of 2022 against Hyderabad in Pune on the 29th March, 2022.
