Shubman Gill’s classy watch leaves Virat Kohli stunned

When it comes to sense of style off the field, Virat Kohli is one of the most talked about cricketers. With his bearded look and tattoos, Kohli’s style quotient is as much a matter of discussion as his aggressive batting approach. Many youngsters try to emulate Kohli’s styling and dressing style. But this time, it has been the other way around, as Kohli seems impressed by a young cricketer.
India’s rising young batter Shubman Gill recently shared a post on Instagram. Gill shared a picture of himself in the GQ magazine, in which the cricketer was flexing his new watch. Virat Kohli seemed very impressed by the young cricketer’s watch and could not refrain himself from asking from where Gill got the same. The former Indian skipper commented on the pic – “Nice watch. Kitthon litti?
Apparently, Gill’s post caught the attention of another star Indian cricketer. Shubman Gill captioned the post with – “Do I have your attention now.” To this his Indian T20 League team’s skipper Hardik Pandya replied – “Yes.” Both Hardik and Gill are a part of the Gujarat franchise in the 15th edition of the tournament.
Notably, in Gujarat’s latest outing in the tournament against Delhi, Shubman Gill was in excellent touch. He scored a brilliant 84 runs off 46 deliveries laying a strong foundation for his team at the beginning of the innings. Lucknow on the back of a strong performance from their batters reached a target of 171 runs in their 20 overs. The bowlers also did well and defended the total successfully. Gujarat will be playing their next match against Punjab on the 8th of April at the DY Patil Stadium in Mumbai.
