‘Spreading love’ – Shoaib Akhtar shares viral Kohli fan image with a beautiful message
The world is praying for Virat Kohli to get his 71st international century. Virat has given some memorable performances in the past two years but has not breached the 100-run landmark. And for the batter part of the two years, Virat has not been in the best of forms.
During a game of PSL at the Gadaffi Stadium in Lahore, a fan was spotted holding a poster of Virat Kohli in the Indian jersey. The text read, “I want to see your century in Pakistan.” He was captured by the broadcasters during the match and he immediately went viral for not letting the political rivalry come in the way of the sport.
Former Pakistan pacer Shoaib Akhtar shared the poster again and said sent a message of peace and love across the border, “Someone spreading love at the Gadaffi Stadium.” Akhtar shares great relations with India and Indian cricketers and has been very vocal about the rivalry the two teams share.

Meanwhile, Virat Kohli last scored a hundred against Bangladesh at home in 2019. He has given some good performances during this time and has also scored a number of half-centuries. In the recent T20 series, he scored a very positive and important half-century. This will give good confidence to him to play even better. He was rested for the last T20 and also the entire T20 series against Sri Lanka. He will return to play for the Test series against Sri Lanka.
The first Testis scheduled to begin on the 4th of March and will be played at Mohali, which will also be Virat Kohli’s 100th Test match.
