Indian cricket team and its fans are eagerly waiting for Sunday for the ODI World Cup 2023 final versus Australia. Yet another name who is eagerly waiting for the big game is Telegu actress Rekha Boj who has made a bold promise ahead of the massive game.
Australia will take on India in the final of the ODI World Cup 2023 to be played in Ahmedabad. The two teams had already met each other earlier in the tournament in Chennai. It was the 5th game of the tournament in Chennai which saw India win by 6 wickets.
It is a big game for Rohit Sharma and end his men who aim to exact revenge for the World Test Championship final earlier this year. The Australians had reached the finals of the ODI World Cup 2023 tournament after beating South Africa by three wickets.
Rekha Boj makes a bold promise ahead of the World Cup final-
The Telegu Actress Rekha Boj has left netizens feeling uncomfortable after her bold promise to run without clothes on the Vizag beach. The actress has made this tall and bold promise if India beat Australia in the final of the ODI World Cup 2023 in Ahmedabad on Sunday.
The claim was made on social media as many of her fans and regular social media users found it distasteful. In 2011 Poonam Pandey had made similar claims ahead of the India versus Sri Lanka final in Mumbai.
Former India skipper Sourav Ganguly has wished the Indian team ahead of the big game on Sunday. Twenty years ago it was Sourav Ganguly who led the Indian side that lost to Australia by 125 runs in the final of the 2003 ODI World Cup.
The 51-year-old while speaking to the media said “India is looking smashing at the moment. I wish them all the best for Ahmedabad. India has played very well in the tournament, and just one match and Australia stand between them and the World Cup trophy.
The former Indian skipper also said “If India continues to play like how they have performed in the tournament so far, then it will be tough to stop them. It will be a good match as Australia has a good team as well” before signing off his comments to the media.
