The Indian cricket team is all to take on Australia in ODIs after winning the four-match Test series by 2-1. The three-match series will be crucial for both India and Australia as a preparation for the 50-over World Cup that will be hosted by India later this year. India have already been victorious in the home series against Sri Lanka and New Zealand.

The star all-rounder played a pivotal role for India in winning the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, which resulted in him getting the joint Player of the series award along with the spin twin Ravichandran Ashwin. The 34-year-old has shown that he can be an asset to the Indian team after he played fighting in the 2019 semifinal against New Zealand after a top-order collapse.
