Who let the bulls out?

Cricket matches being interrupted by a dog or a bird is not a new thing for cricket lovers. Unexpected events can occasionally heighten the intensity of a game in the sports world. However, when two bulls unexpectedly entered the game during a recent local cricket match, the players’ delight quickly turned into chaos.

A friendly cricket match was taking place in the small village where the scenario was taking place. Around the pitch, fans gathered to watch the game and support their preferred teams. All appeared normal until all of a sudden two bulls charged onto the pitch, frightening players and the spectators.

Amidst the chaos, a courageous person caught the chaos on camera, and the video quickly gained popularity on the internet. Discussions on the remarkable incident were all over social media, with many people expressing delight and confusion at the strange turn of events. And even if it could have disrupted a cricket match, it undoubtedly produced a story that future generations will laugh at and find amazing.

Some instances when animals disrupted a cricket match

When Anderson Phillip of the Windies came to bowl in the 38th over of the innings in a 2021 match between the West Indies and Sri Lanka, what had appeared to be a routine cricket encounter turned “bizarre.” A swarm of bees abruptly hit the ground after the first ball. The live match was stopped in the middle, and all the players including the umpire lay down on the ground to avoid this.

Also, in 2018, when India went to England to play a Test series, a pigeon came into the ground and wasn’t leaving until Keaton Jennings and Joe Root attempted to shoo a pigeon away from the wicket on the first day of the first Test match.
