Bollywood diva Nora Fatehi lit up the stage on November 29 during the FIFA World Cup 2022 fan fest. The organizers of the tournament set up a fan fest for the fans in Qatar. The item number performer lit up the stage on fire during the event that happened before the four games of the day in Doha. The Canada-born artist performed on famous Bollywood songs over the years.

After the performance, she watched the last two games of the day that were played at Al Thumama Stadium in Doha. During one of the games, the tournament’s theme song ‘Light the Sky‘ was played. The 30-year-old couldn’t keep calm at first but eventually vibed along to the song that was sung by her alongside artists such as Balqees Ahmed Fatehi, Rahma Riad, Manal, and RedOne.

Talking about the game played on the day, Senegal beat Ecuador to advance to the Round of 16. For the Western Africa side, Senegal, Ismailia Serr, and Kalidou Koulibaly scored a goal each. On the other hand, Moises Caicedo scored one goal. Senegal won by 2-1. In the second game, the Netherlands beat hosts Qatar 2-0 to end their opposition’s campaign without a win and advance further.
In the last two games of the day, Iran and the US played a must-win game for a spot in the next round. The United States won the game by 1-0, thanks to Christian Pulistic’s goal in the 38th minute. In the last game of the day, 1966 winners England thrashed neighbors Wales by 3-0 to advance further. Talking about the Round of 16, the Netherlands will play the United States on December 3. On the other hand, England will play Senegal on the next day.
