The ‘God of Cricket’ Sachin Tendulkar is on the Kashmir tour these days. When he saw some youth playing street cricket in the street of Gulmarg, he too could not stop himself.

Little-master Sachin Tendulkar posted many of his videos about his Kashmir visit. He is well-active in social media. In a recent video, he had been playing street cricket with the youth of Kashmir. 50-year-old Sachin, who has played cricket in stadiums all over the world, got a chance to bat with the local youth on the roadside amidst the beautiful hilly valleys of Kashmir, he could not stop himself. Sachin has shared this video of playing cricket on his social media handle X (previously known as Twitter).

He had been batting with the youth on a road in Gulmarg. Sachin, wearing long boots, trousers and a jacket, is seen playing his shots. During this, some youngsters were seen standing behind him, who were excited to see this great batsman among them and were shooting his videos.

However, some soldiers of the Indian Army and Jammu and Kashmir Police are also seen in this video, who are deployed for their security. During this time, by playing an interesting shot with the bat upside down, Sachin has told his fans that even though it has been more than a decade since he left cricket, the Master Blaster still knows how to middle the ball very well.

To play this shot, he held the lower part of his bat in his hands, while making the handle his bottom. But as soon as the ball came closer to him, even in this situation, he played the ball in the middle of his handle and drove it. While sharing this video, Sachin wrote in the caption, ‘Cricket & Kashmir: A match in heaven!’

Earlier, when Sachin had reached Srinagar airport, he had shared some glimpses of Kashmir with the fans from his plane before landing at the airport. After this, he also reached a bat factory being built here, where his daughter Sara Tendulkar was also with him.

Sachin Tendulkar has played 200 Tests for India. He scored 15921 runs and took 46 wickets. He played 463 ODI’s and scored 18463 runs. The veteran cricketer scored a total of 100 centuries in his career. The great man retired from international cricket on 16 November 2013.
