Virat Kohli failed to score at his level best yet again in the recently concluded T20I and ODI series against England. Since 2019, he failed to register a single century for India across all three formats. Now, he will take a rest again in the upcoming West Indies ODIs and T20Is series, later this year.

During this long break, he is believed to be with his wife Anushka Sharma and daughter Vamika in Paris. Meanwhile, on 19 July 2022, he shared an interesting dance video of himself to a famous Punjabi song in his latest Instagram post. The post goes viral and fans have shared it also on Twitter.

Virat Kohli is reportedly looking to get added to the Zimbabwe ODIs squad

Speaking about that video, Virat was seen dancing to the famous song “Mundian to Bach ke” by Panjabi MC and Labh Januja. A funny, different side of this India’s star batter was found as he shared the post with a caption: “Been pending for a long time, but it’s never too late I guess,” Considering his long lean patch with the bat, former cricketers like Sunil Gavaskar and his childhood coach, Rajkumar Sharma has also asked him to have a visit.

So that, they can help him to get out of this off form. Speaking to India Today, Gavaskar said: “If I had about 20 minutes with him, I would be able to tell him the things he might have to do. It might help him, I am not saying it will help him but it could, particularly with regards to that off-stump line. Having been an opening batter, having been troubled by that line, there are certain things that you try and do.”

As per reports, selectors wanted him to be part of the upcoming West Indies Tour. But, it was Kohli who wanted that rest earlier and that’s why they opted him out of the upcoming Caribbean series.
