On 24 July 2022, India managed to seal the ongoing three-match ODI series against West Indies with one more match to go. After winning the series opener by just three runs, India won another thriller of a game. They chased down the target of 312 runs in 49.4 overs, thanks to Axar Patel’s heroics with the bat.

This win ensured another ODI series victory under the new Indian coach, Rahul Dravid after winning the ODI series in England earlier this month. Hence, India will look to check their remaining bench strength in the last match of the series. Certain players can get a chance to showcase their potential in the third ODI.

In the last match, India can make three changes and those are:

Ishan Kishan

India has opted for Sanju Samson as the wicketkeeper in this series. He failed to manage a significant score in the first match. Then, he scored his maiden ODI fifty in the second match. Sanju stitched a solid partnership with Shreyas Iyer while chasing the mammoth score of 312 runs.

However, India might choose Ishan Kishan in the next match by giving some rest to Samson. Ishan is known for his explosive batting in the top order. Meanwhile, in this series, he can get to bat in the middle order only. It will help Team India management to have a look at his ability ahead of the mega events later this year.
