No Pakistani players get the chance of playing in the Indian T20 League due to the political tension between India and Pakistan. Hence, Pakistani players are expected to miss these new leagues also as Indian T20 League franchises have owned the teams. It will also affect the Pakistani players from showing their skills in different countries.

Apart from this reason, the Pakistan Cricket Board has also refused to issue NOC for its contracted and non-contracted players for overseas T20 Leagues. According to reports, Pakistan does not want to lose its players ahead of a busy domestic and international schedule. Hence, the participation of Pakistani players has become a big issue in upcoming T20 Leagues in Australia, UAE, and South Africa.
