However, in real life, they are common beings and accustomed to making mistakes. There are a lot of cricketers from all over the world who have committed some serious crimes and were held by the court.

1. Ben Stokes
England’s captain, Ben Stokes, was arrested by the police after a fight outside Mbargo nightclub in Bristol in 2017. He had to spend a night in jail. However, he was released without any conclusive accusations the next day as two gay people came in as witnesses and narrated the story behind the fight. The reason behind the incident made Stokes look like a hero. They stated that Stokes saved them from a homophobic attack and thus, he was released.
