After completing the home T20I series against South Africa, the Indian T20 side is scheduled for another two-match T20I series against Ireland on their home soil. However, the Indian Test team is gearing up for the one-off Test match against England.

After getting rest for the T20I series, big names like Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli will be back in action for India in Whites. Already, India is leading the series by 2-1 as it will be a chance for India to win the series on English soil.

Before the series, India is scheduled to play a four-day warm-up game against Leicestershire. After this rescheduled Test, India will lock horns with England in the limited formats also. However, this series will be a vital one for India ahead of the preparation of the mega event ahead of the end of this year.
