Since 2019, Virat had not been performing as per his caliber as he failed to score a ton in all three formats of the game. But, off the field, it did not affect his popularity at all as his fanbase is getting stronger day by day.
In this year’s Indian T20 League, he scored 341 runs in 16 innings at an average of 22.73 as Banglore failed to seal the final berth after getting defeated by Rajasthan in the Qualifier 2.
