On 28 August 2022, India took on Pakistan for their first match of this year’s Asia Cup. After last year’s defeat against Pakistan in the T20 World Cup, India was hoping to start well this time around. However, India’s skipper Rohit Sharma shared surprising news when he came out for the toss.

He won the toss and he opted to field first. However, Rohit said that they picked Dinesh Karthik over Rishabh Pant for the final playing XI. On the other side, Pakistan handed a debut to youngster Naseem Shah. But, a surprising incident happened when the Bollywood actress Urvashi Ruatela attend the match in the UAE.

Earlier this month, Urvashi Rautela made headlines when she shared an incident in an interview. It was involved with the Indian wicketkeeper. Then, Pant came up with a reply on his social media platform. In response to that, Urvashi shared another strong message for the Indian keeper. However, Rishabh Pant decided to step away from the whole matter with a mature message on his social media. Meanwhile, Urvashi Rautela deleted her message after some time from his account. 

In that interview with Bollywood Hungama, she said: “I was shooting in New Delhi and I arrived at night. Quickly I had to get ready because actresses need more time to get ready. So, Mr. RP came to the hotel lobby and wanted to meet. Ten hours passed and I fell asleep. I couldn’t attend any calls and when I woke up I saw 16-17 missed calls and I felt so bad that someone was waiting for me and I couldn’t meet them. I told him we’ll meet when you come to Mumbai. We met in Mumbai but a huge drama happened with the paps and all,” Now, fans went full berserk on Twitter after seeing her in the first match of the Asia Cup. It was quite surprising to see Urvashi Rautela attending the match after whatever happened earlier this month.
