Complete schedule of Indian cricket team for next calendar
India had a disappointing outing in the 20-20 World Cup and could not make it to the semi-finals of the showpiece event. But that’s not the end of the world as the team has a packed calendar ahead. The team is set to take on New Zealand in three-match T20I series starting November 19. The teams will also play a two-match Test series from November 25.
After the New Zealand series, India will fly to South Africa for a full tour in December. The series comprises 4 T20Is, three ODIs and three Tests. Post returning, they will host West Indies for three ODIs and as many T20Is in February. In the same month, they will host Sri Lanka for two Tests and three T20Is.
South Africa will visit India in June 2022 for 5 T20Is before the Men in Blue tour England for three ODI and three T20Is. They will also play a lone Test which will be the continuation of the previous series which India lead 2-1. India will tour West Indies in August for three ODIs and as many T20Is before touring Australia for the 20-20 World Cup in October. The marquee event will be followed by a home series against Australia in October – November.
