India’s former captain Virat Kohli once again left his everlasting impact on social media in 2023 as he became the third most followed and most interacted personality on the worldwide platform. In a recent list of the most followed celebrities on Instagram, Kohli bagged the third spot as he was left behind the renowned football players Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
A few years ago, he became the most followed Indian celebrity on Instagram and currently holds a record of 265 Million followers on the global social media networking platform. Globally, Virat is the 16th most followed personality.
Virat Kohli indeed became the face of Cricket when he gained global recognition through not just his game but also his social media presence as he became the most famous and most followed cricketer on Instagram.

Virat Kohli tweeted, “While I am grateful and indebted to all that I’ve received in life, the news that has been making rounds about my social media earnings is not true.”
