2. Kepa Arrizabalaga (Chelsea)
The Spanish goalkeeper made a lot of headlines when he was signed for a whopping price of around INR 704 crores. However, he couldn’t live to that price and hype in last season as he was making too many mistakes and was seen criticising by former Chelsea manager Frank Lampard. But in this season, Arrizabalaga has performed exceptionally and become the regular goalkeeper for Chelsea.
