B.S Chandrasekhar got more Test wickets than his Test runs in his overall career

India’s B.S Chandrasekhar has a unique record to his name as he grabbed more Test wickets than the number of runs he scored in his Test career. Speaking about it, he represented India in 58 Test matches.

In those matches, he managed to score 167 runs while grabbing 242 wickets to his name. His best figure of 8/79 came against England in 1972/73. Along with him, New Zealand’s Chris Martin also shared this kind of record to his name. He also scored 123 runs and grabbed 233 wickets in 71 Test matches.
