Five Players to watch out for in the India vs South Africa series

As the Indian T20 League has reached its end, the Indian team is now ready to take on South Africa in a five-match T20 series at home. The Indian team has rested the majority of their big stars for the series and has gone ahead to a new-look team. Performances in the 15th edition of the Indian T20 League have been stressed on for selection in the series.
While there will be some players making their first appearances for the national, a few veteran players are making a comeback to the national setup. So, there will be players looking to make a mark in the series and book their tickets for the flight to Australia, for World Cup T20 2022.
Here is a list of five players to watch out for in the series.
1. Ruturaj Gaikwad: Ruturaj Gaikwad was one of the discoveries of the Indian T20 League 2021. He was the highest run-scorer of the tournament and the elegance he displayed impressed everybody. While everyone expected that Gaikwad will be performing with the same proficiency in the Indian T20 League 2022, he failed to deliver up to the expectations.
But the selector has shown faith in him and his talent. The selectors have also kept in mind the volumes of runs he scored for India-A and in the domestic circuit. This series will be a vital one for Gaikwad and he will be a player definitely watch out for.
