Hardik is someone who is not only renowned for his batting but also known for his match-winning spells. Every team want a fast-bowling all-rounder like him. Hardik Pandya can change the whole game on his own. That’s why he is so highly rated in the world of cricket.

In a few months ago Hardik was injured during a match of the World Cup 2023 against Bangladesh while he was bowling. After that, he was not seen again in the entire World Cup 2023. Even India faced a lot of problems because of this. After that, Team India played against South Africa and Afghanistan, but Hardik remained out and spent all his time on NCA (National Cricket Academy) for his recovery. Fans look happy after his return to the cricketing field.

Hardik is captaining the Reliance 1 team in the upcoming DY Patil T20 tournament

After a long 120 days break from competitive cricket Hardik Pandya is finally back in the field. Hardik will be seen in action in the DY Patil T20 tournament. His team will be facing Bharat Petroleum in the first match of the tournament. 30-year-old all-rounder had an ankle injury in October 2023. Earlier, he left the Gujrat Titans team and joined his former team Mumbai Indians. Mumbai Indians named him as their new skipper.

Former skipper of Gujrat Giants had missed most of the international matches between 2019 and 2023. The men in blue played a total of 66 ODI matches between 2019 ODI World Cup to 2023 World Cup. However, Hardik was featured in only 28 matches.

The allrounder played the entire IPL season of 2020 and 2021. He gets a shoulder injury in the first match against Pakistan in the T20 World Cup 2021. Hardik took a long break after this horrible injury. Several months later, he returned to the Gujarat Titans team as captain in IPL 2022. That year Gujrat Giant also won the tournament and they reached the finals in next year in 2023, where they lost to MS Dhoni-led Chennai Super Kings. When whole fans of India thought he would be back in World Cup 2023, he got an ankle injury and was away from the action again.

Mumbai Indians will face Gujrat Giants on March 24 in their first match in IPL 2024 at Ahmedabad.
