Ajay Jadeja, a former Indian cricketer, is reportedly going to be one of the contestants in Bigg Boss OTT’s second season. Jio Cinema will webcast the programme. On Saturday, June 17, the much-anticipated program’s debut episode aired. Jadeja is not a stranger to the entertainment business, as he has previously attempted his hand at acting.

The former cricketer who is now a pundit appeared in the 2003 Bollywood film Khel. In 2009, he further had an appearance in the film Pal Pal Dil Ke Ssaat. It is important to note that Jadeja has previously taken a role in an Indian reality show programme. The 52-year-old participated in the inaugural season of the dancing competition show Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa.

Ajay Jadeja stated his delight about taking part in Bigg Boss OTT’s second season. Salman Khan, a well-known actor, has been revealed as hosting the most recent season of the programme after Karan Johar hosted the first season.

Jadeja said he is excited to be a part of the show because it would allow him to reveal his true self to the viewers. Ajay Jadeja in an official statement spoke about this new journey. He said, “I’m really excited to be a part of India’s biggest reality show and interact with a whole new generation. It’s a new experience for me, unlike cricket where it’s all about the game. In Bigg Boss OTT, the entire nation gets to know the real you and every thought is questioned for which I’m genuinely excited about.”

Off the pitch, Ajay Jadeja became popular due to his charm and charisma. ‘Bigg Boss OTT’s’ season 2 grand premiere aired on JioCinema on Saturday.

In an ODI match against Sri Lanka in February 1992, Jay Jadeja earned his Team India debut. The talented hitter has a career total of 5359 runs across 196 ODIs, averaging 37.5. In his 15 Test matches throughout the course of his career, he amassed 576 runs with an average of 26.2. Jadeja also is a part of the commentary teams of the Indian team on most occasions.
