Virat Kohli played a vital knock of 58 runs in 53 balls, including 6 fours and 1 six in his last match for Bangalore against Gujarat. His knock helped the team reach a formidable score of 170 runs in the first innings. Though, they couldn’t win the match as Gujarat chased down the score in 19.3 overs.

Nevertheless, that knock would have given Virat Kohli some confidence. However, his form, of late, doesn’t inspire a lot of confidence. He has been undergoing a lean patch in his cricketing career. In the ongoing Indian T20 League 2022 edition, he hasn’t taken the world by storm either. In 10 matches, he has managed to score 186 runs at an underwhelming average of 20.67.

Meanwhile, Australian cricketer, David Warner has shared some valuable advice for Virat Kohli to get back into form. Warner stressed the fact that it’s quite normal for a player to go through a rough patch in his cricketing career. He, further, advised Kohli to spend more time with family and have a couple more kids.

“Have a couple more Kids and Enjoy Love! The form is temporary and Class is permanent so you don’t lose that. It happens to every single player in the world,” Warner said in a meet and greet session hosted by Sports Yaari founder Sushant Mehta.

“It doesn’t matter how good a player you are, you’re always going to have these ebbs and flows. Sometimes the ebb is a long way before you get back up there. Stick to the basics,” he added.

David Warner is currently playing for Delhi in the Indian T20 League 2022. He has been in pretty good form and, has, in fact, scored the most runs for the franchise. In 7 matches, he has compiled 264 runs at a strike rate of 156.21. However, despite his good numbers, Delhi aren’t having a great time in the ongoing edition. In 9 matches, they have only managed to win 4 games and are currently sitting at number 7 on the points table.
