‘If Mahi ever considers acting…’ – Sakshi Dhoni’s take on MS Dhoni’s potential acting career in future

Former India skipper, MS Dhoni and his wife Sakshi Singh Rawat have turned into film producers and have recently opened their own production company, Dhoni Entertainment. Under this production, they have recently released a Tollywood film, ‘Let’s Get Married’ or ‘LGM’. According to their official website, Sakshi is the ‘managing director’ of Dhoni’s film production company.

Now the question is if Dhoni’s fans will get to see him acting as well after opening his own production house. His wife recently talked about this while talking to Deccan Chronicle. She opined that if Dhoni decides to act in a movie then it would be an entertaining action movie. “If Mahi ever considers acting, he should look for an action thriller. He is not camera-shy. He has been appearing in commercials since 2006. If we decide to make a film with MS Dhoni as the protagonist, it will only be an entertaining action film,” Sakshi asserted.
Before getting married, Sakshi was working as a hotel management intern at the Taj Bengal hotel in Kolkata where the Indian Cricket Team was staying ahead of their fixture in December 2007. Dhoni and Sakshi got married secretly back in 2010 in Dehradun. Only the family members and close circle were present at their wedding. They have a daughter, Ziva. After Dhoni’s retirement, the full family spends time together at Dhoni’s farmhouse in Ranchi.
