“He had consulted top medical experts in London. He returned to India on Sunday and has checked into the Indian Cricket Board’s National Cricket Academy in Bangalore for rehab. He should get the Return to Play certificate from the NCA soon. He is keen to prove his worth in the IPL as he’s in line for selection in India’s T20 World Cup team as a ‘keeper-bat,” according to Times of India.

The right-handed batter is also eager to make a comeback after injury. According to the report, the players will be seen playing in IPL 2024. Due to this, there is a wave of happiness among the fans of LSG. Lucknow’s team has definitely become stronger with Rahul’s return.

The 31-year-old batter is in great form these days. The player also played a brilliant innings in the first test match against England. He played an inning of 86 runs in 123 balls in the first innings of the match. After this, he scored 22 runs in the second inning.
