Janhvi Kapoor trains for ‘Mr and Mrs Mahi’ with Dinesh Karthik

Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor has started preparing for her role in the film- Mr. and Mrs. Mahi. The film will release in October this year under the banner of Dharma Productions. The actress and her father-producer Boney Kapoor shared the pictures from the cricket camp on Instagram. The film is based on the life of former India skipper MS Dhoni and his beau Sakshi Dhoni as reported by Khaleej Times.
The film also includes Rajkumar Rao, who will play the role of MS Dhoni, while the daughter of late Sridevi will play the role of Sakshi. However, in the film, she will play Mahima, as per reports. If the movie is inspired by MS Dhoni in reality, it will be the second movie based on the life of Dhoni. In 2016, late Sushant Singh Rajput played the role of the Ranchi-born cricketer titled MS Dhoni- the untold story. The film was released on 30 September 2016 across India and internationally.

Late Sushant Singh Rajput played the title role and was trained as a wicketkeeper-batter by former India gloveman Kiran More. Kiara Adwani played the role of Sakshi Dhoni. The film got 8 out of 10 stars and the box office collection was massive. The film earned ₹2,160,000,000 INR. Several former cricketers and Bollywood actors gave positive reviews for the film.
In the pictures posted by the 24-year-old, she is seen practising her wicketkeeping skills, while former India cricketer Dinesh Karthik was batting. In another photo, she was seen with players such as Abhishek Nayar, Vikrant Yeligati enjoying the bonfire.
