Jos Buttler’s hilarious reaction to Yuzi Chahal’s invitation to open with him
Indian spinner Yuzvendra Chahal is having a fun time at his new franchise, Rajasthan in the Indian T20 League. Chahal got the login credentials of the official Twitter handle of the franchise on the 16th of March and took the social media platform by storm.
Chahal acted as the admin of Rajasthan’s official Twitter account for while last week and kept posting hilarious content. His mischief started with declaring himself as the skipper of the team, replacing Sanju Samson. He also went ahead and asked the supporters of the team whether they would like to see him open the batting with Jos Buttler. Chahal tweeted a picture of him batting in Indian colors and captioned it with – “10,000 retweets and he will open with @josbuttler uncle.”
Later as the original admin of the page took over, he shared a video of Buttler reacting to the tweets on his joining the team. The tweet read – “Jos bhai is here and his reaction is GOLD!”
Buttler’s hilarious reaction to Chahal’s question
On 24th March a video was shared from the official page of the Rajasthan-based franchise. In the video, Chahal is seen inviting Buttler to open with him. He said- “Joshy bhai, come open with me.” Chahal called Jos Buttler and as he looked at Yuzi, he asked the question. As the English keeper heard Chahal’s question, he held his head in a mock gesture of disgust. New Zealand all-rounder James Neesham was a witness to the whole incident and had a good laugh at it.
The Rajasthan Twitter handle is one of the funniest on Twitter. It is often noticed that the admin of the page is having fun banter with the players from the squad. The banter with Chahal started when a video of the cricketer reciting a food order for his wife was shared on the page. Chahal soon threatened that he will hack the page and later when he got the login credentials, he started sharing hilarious content from the page.
Rajasthan will begin their campaign of the Indian T20 League 2022 on 29th March against Hyderabad.
