Panesar, a crucial player for England during his career, applauded Ashwin’s dedication to the game and mentioned that he keeps updating his game just like an application.
Panesar in an interview said, “He’s like an app, he keeps updating every six months. That’s what he has done throughout his career. I always find that I am a student when it comes to Ashwin’s bowling. I feel I am continually learning something new about his bowling. That’s the asset Ashwin is. He is a brilliant bowler,” remarked Panesar.
Ashwin has played some great matches for India and his ability to adapt to the situations makes him an extraordinary player. Even though Ashwin is still playing, his exclusion from India’s important matches is still a matter of discussion.

While talking to SkySports, Bairstow said, “India can produce different pitches: it doesn’t have to turn. We’ve seen how potent their seam attack has been recently. Look, I’m sure the pitches will turn: it’s whether or not they’ll turn from day one, which potentially negates a bit of their strength in their seam attack. We know how strong they are.”
